Terms of purchase

1. Pricing, service charge and ticket limitations

All prices are in GBP and include service fees. The service charge is specified on the e-mail receipt and will not be refunded. This applies, but is not limited to, cancellation of events.

Purchase requires that the customer accepts the purchase terms in this document.

Hoopla is committed to safeguarding the security and privacy protection of users, especially children. Purchasers must therefore be 15 years old to purchase tickets via the Service(s), and organizers are at liberty to set a higher age limit for their event.

Ticket limitations: Ticket limitations can be set for an event. Orders that exceed the limit will be deleted without notice. This includes duplicate orders that have the same name, address or credit card.

2. Purchase terms

Hoopla is an intermediary between the organizer and the end user, and is not responsible for the implementation of any event, its quality, or content.

Hoopla is responsible for all transactions related to online sales of tickets. Payments are currently being processed by Nets, and any other payment processors with which Hoopla has an agreement. Hoopla accepts Visa and Mastercard as payment methods and never stores sensitive card data.

The organizer decides the price of the ticket, and there will be an additional service charge, which is included in the ticket price. This will be specified on the e-mail receipt.

Purchased tickets are not refundable, unless otherwise specified by the organizer. All questions about cancelled events should be directed to the organizer. The statutory right of cancellation does not apply to the purchase of tickets cf. Regulation 28(1)(h) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

The buyer is solely responsible for its own tickets, the purchase of the correct tickets, and that the tickets are sent to a valid e-mail address and/or mobile number. By using our service you accept our terms and conditions. The number of tickets is stated on the order page and is checked with each transaction. Fraud will be reported to the police, and Hoopla will take legal action to obtain compensation for any financial loss or damage. Keep your tickets in a safe place, as buyers are held liable for fraud.

Use of tools to interfere with our websites is prohibited.

3. Personal information

Payment refunds minus the service charge will take place within ten (10) business days of Hoopla being notified to carry out a refund.

Any communication or disputes regarding refunds takes place between the Organizer and the Buyer, and Hoopla will not be liable for repayment in any way other than by carrying out the actual refund on behalf of the Organizer. Hoopla is not liable for errors in repayment, or a lack of repayment in connection with the Service.
